What is your rate?
Our rates are based on the event, date, number of people in your group, where you are located, what you would like to do and for how long you would like the Vehicle for.
How many people can your vehicles fit?
Our limos hold up to 14 people and our buses range in size from 14 people to 53.
Which events do you do?
We can do any event you like. Whether it be prom, wedding, girls night out, bachelor party, concert runs, sporting events, golf trips or anything you can dream up – we do it.
Where are you based?
We are based in St. John’s & Bonavista, Newfoundland.
Which areas do you serve for private events?
We serve all of the Island of Newfoundland.
Is any of your vehicles wheelchair accessible?
No, but we have friends with buses that are wheelchair accessible.
Can I come to see your vehicles?
Absolutely, you can arrange a time with a member of our staff by email, text or phone for a viewing.
Can I bring my own music?
For private events you may absolutely bring your own music. Our vehicles are equipped with usb and/or audio hookups.
Is there a bathroom on board any of your buses?
There is no bathrooms on any of our vehicles. But don’t worry, our drivers know where all the bathrooms stops are!
Do you do long haul trips for groups?
Yes, we can build a quote for any length of time you need, even overnight trips.
Are glasses and ice provided on our limos?
All limos come stocked with glasses and ice for almost every package.
Can we smoke in your vehicles?
Our vehicles are 100% smoke free. We reserve the right to terminate any event if a client is found smoking inside our vehicles. No refund will be given in such instances.
How are payments made?
We accept cash, cheque, MasterCard, and Visa.
Are you allowed to drink alcohol?
V.I.P. Transportation Inc. will not stop people over the age of majority from drinking alcohol on board. However we make no representation as to the legality of doing so. Local drinking laws apply and clients assume all responsibility associated with the consumption of alcohol while in our vehicles.
Under what circumstances will you cancel a reservation?
VIP Transportation Inc. reserves the right to cancel any reservation under the following circumstances.
-Clients endanger themselves or the driver.
-Excessively inappropriate behavior.
-Verbal or physical abuse of the driver.
-Non-payment.
-Smoking inside the vehicle.
-Damages caused by clients to any property of VIP Transportaion.
How old do you have to be to rent a Limo or Bus?
We require all reservations be made by someone 18 or older. If the vehicle will be used by someone under the age of 18 we require a signed credit card slip and signed agreement of responsibility authorizing VIP Transportation Inc. to hold the card holder responsible for damages or overage charges. If all passengers are under the age of 18 we require someone over the age of 18 be in the limousine as a guardian.
Are taxes charged on bookings?
Yes. All prices are subject to 13%HST.
How far in advance do I need to make my booking?
We do not place any restrictions as to how far in advance you need to make your booking, but we recommend that you book your ride as soon as you can to ensure that a vehicle is available for you.
